Our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Nottingham, is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their busy office. This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for managing the front-end operations across both sales and lettings, ensuring the team performs efficiently while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

As an Operations Manager, you will be offered:

Key Operations Manager responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy sales and lettings office
- Managing, motivating, and supporting the team to achieve targets and KPIs

- Supporting lettings operations where required, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
- Monitoring figures, performance metrics, and branch profitability
- Implementing processes and improving efficiencies across the business

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven experience within estate agency, covering both sales and lettings (sales-focused preferred)
