We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Nottingham, leading a busy and successful office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Branch Manager or Sales Manager looking to progress into a Branch Manager position, or an experienced Branch Manager looking for a new challenge within a respected independent agency.

The Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Drive business generation, valuations, instructions, and overall branch profitability
  • Monitor figures, performance metrics, and branch results
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards and handle escalated client queries
