Our client, a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency, is seeking such an individual to join their friendly team as a Senior Property Manager in the Norwich area. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual that's not to be missed!
In return, my client is offering the successful Senior Property Manager:
- Up to £30,000 Basic
- No weekends
- Ongoing training and support
- Free Parking
The key tasks as a Senior Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties.
- Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly.
- Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords.
- Prepare and process tenancy renewals and contractual paperwork.
- Make sure all legal obligations are up to date.
- Arranging EPCs, Gas safety inspections etc.
To be considered for the role of Senior Property Manager you must have the following attributes:
- 12 months minimum property management experience
- Local knowledge would be ideal, although not essential
- Believe in providing a great customer service
- Highly organised
- Problem-solving skills
- Articulate
- The full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work alone, as well as, part of a wider team.
