To be considered for the role of Social Media Marketing Executive, you must have the following:
- 2+ years of experience - Social Media Marketing: 2 years (required) & Facebook Advertising: 2 years (required)
- Proven track record of creating successful paid social campaigns and an ROI.
- Experience working with a media planner to inform scheduling based on events/dates in the calendar.
- Be bright, enthusiastic and a hardworking team player
- Highly organised and capable of working to tight deadlines.
- Basic graphic design experience and knowledge of Adobe Software would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Have a proven ability to create clear, concise strategies based on analytics and audience research with previous organic and paid social media experience.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to combine creativity and strategy to achieve set KPIs
Key responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Reporting to the Line Manager and working closely with the marketing team
- Management of social media across all social media platforms, both B2B and B2C (LinkedIn/Facebook/Pinterest/Instagram/Twitter/TikTok)
- Social media and marketing strategies
- Scheduling, planning content and copywriting
- Identifying opportunities to grow and improve our social media offering
- Community management/responding and dealing with all enquiries, comments/DM's.
- You will be a trendsetter! Looking at what's hot and what's not! You will be one step ahead, constantly looking to evolve and improve activity, jumping at any given opportunity to profile the brand in the right way.
- Manage and forge relationships with influencers, social media personalities, and aligned brands/companies, such as those in the interiors/lifestyle sectors.
