Our clients, a forward thinking, fast paced and dynamic business in the Manchester area, are seeking a Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant to join their team. Specialists in Buy to Let investments, this role will involve selling properties to investors and requires an individual with a good understanding of the Property market. Our clients are seeking an energetic and driven individual with a strong telephone manner.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
- Basic Salary £27,000
- £40,000 - £55,000 OTE Commission and Bonuses
- Modern office working in a motivated and ambitious team

Working Days: Full-time Office-based position. As a Property Sales Consultant, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday (either 9.00am - 5.00pm or 9.30am - 5.30pm).
Requirements for the role of Sales Negotiator:
- Sales background - ideally property sales (experience dealing with investors would be highly desirable)
- Excellent ability to build rapport with buyers and sellers
- Full UK Driving licence
- Driven and hungry mentality to succeed
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Sales Negotiator duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Dealing with any new leads
- Negotiating offers
- Conducting viewings
- Touch base with investors
- Booking viewings
