Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency, are seeking a Sales Valuer to join their close-knit team covering the Snodland and surrounding areas. They are not driven by corporate targets or shortcuts. They’re driven by people, relationships, and the belief that estate agency should elevate a community, not exploit it.

We’re looking for a Sales Valuer who wants more than a commission cheque, someone who wants to build a respected name in the area and take pride in how they win business. You’ll be a key ambassador for their brand, helping sellers begin their next chapter while upholding the high standards that have earned us outstanding local reviews and a loyal client base.

As a Sales Valuer, you will be offered:

  • £24,000 basic salary
  • OTE £34,000 in Year 1, rising to £44,000+ in Year 2
