Our client is a highly successful, award‑winning independent agency with offices across Kent and London. Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced, confident and personable Property Managers to join their established teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a respected, reputable brand known for its strong culture, supportive environment and genuine development pathways.

Working hours for the Senior Property Manager Position are: 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. No Weekends.

Our client is offering the successful Senior Property Manager:

  • Salary £35,000+
  • Regular in-house training, coaching and mentoring.

As a Senior Property Manager your role will involve:

  • Facilitating Maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.
  • Help guide and support junior members of the team.
  • Handle complex tenancy issues, including disputes, escalations, and legal matters.
  • Reviewing and providing recommendations on third party Property Visits.
  • Managing all compliance certification post move in.
  • End of tenancies including serving of all legal notices, attending court hearings, evictions and negotiating the return of the deposit.
  • Ensure all properties meet legal compliance requirements (EPC, gas safety, EICR, smoke/CO alarms, etc.).
  • Providing high levels of customer service liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues alike.

To be considered for the Senior Property Manager role you must have:

  • Previous Property Manager experience is essential.
  • A personable and enthusiastic attitude.
  • A high level of customer service is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Property Management.
