A well-regarded independent estate agent is looking to employ a Sales Valuer to join their successful team. This role will suit a driven and hungry existing individual who is either working within Estate Agency or is looking to grow a career in the industry. This position comes with full training, a range of incentives, bonuses and commissions and will suit an individual who wants to earn an uncapped salary off the back of their hard work.
Requirements for the role of a Sales Valuer:
- Sales background, Estate Agency preferred but alternative sales background considered.
- Ability to close for business.
- Strong communication and negotiating skills.
- Full UK Driving licence.
As a Sales Valuer, you will be offered:
- Basic Salary £20,000.
- £45,000 - £50,000 OTE.
- Fuel Card for mileage.
- Free Parking.
- Career Progression.
Working Days:
- Full Time Monday - Friday.
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 3pm.
