We're recruiting for a Lettings / Property Manager to join a well-established, award-winning independent estate agency in their successful Dereham office.

The Role
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation and safety requirements
- Conduct property viewings when required
- Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
- Support the tenancy process from enquiry through to move-in
- Provide advice to landlords on property management and current market conditions
- Identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio
- Maintain accurate property records and support the office with administrative duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the tenancy

- Previous experience within residential lettings and property management
- Strong understanding of tenancy management and current lettings legislation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
