Are you a driven and hungry individual, looking for a career in Mortgages? Our clients, a well-established financial firm, are looking to add to their team with the addition of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in the York area. They work with several referral partners, including Estate Agents and Accountants and are rapidly expanding. This position will suit an individual seeking a long-term opportunity who is keen to learn and qualify as a Mortgage Advisor.
Working hours: Monday – Friday Full-time
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
- £25,000 - £30,000 Basic
- £35,000 - £40,000 OTE
- Full Training with the opportunity to gain Mortgage qualifications
Trainee Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- Driven and hungry mentality
- Desire to learn and study for CeMAP qualifications
- Strong administrative and sales skills
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, your responsibilities will involve:
- Assisting with Mortgage Administration and Marketing
- Learning how to become a Mortgage Advisor by working closely with and assisting experienced Advisors
- Once qualified and trained, the ability to write Mortgage and Protection business.
