The Role
- Conduct in-depth client reviews, assessing financial circumstances, existing arrangements, and future objectives
- Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships
- Analyse client information and prepare tailored financial recommendations
- Research and recommend suitable products from an approved panel of providers
- Present financial reports and recommendations clearly and professionally
- Keep up to date with financial products, market developments, and regulatory changes
- Grow and develop your client bank while maximising opportunities for referrals and new business
- Work closely with the internal support team to deliver an outstanding client experience
Financial Advisor requirements
- Fully qualified Financial Advisor (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning)
- Existing client bank with funds under management
- Strong knowledge of financial planning products and services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Passion for delivering high‑quality financial advice and client outcomes
