My client is continuing to grow following ongoing success and is now looking for a Holiday Property Manager to help support and manage a portfolio of over 300 high-quality holiday cottages across North Norfolk. This is a varied and fast-paced role, involving guest relations, property inspections, booking management and coordinating housekeeping and maintenance issues, all within a professional and supportive team environment.

To be considered for the Holiday Property Manager role, you must have:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally working with high-end clientele
  • Good local knowledge of North Norfolk and nearby attractions/restaurants
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
  • A personable, approachable and professional manner
  • Confidence in handling customer complaints calmly and professionally
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Strong IT and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team

Working hours:

  • Full-time hours Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility required during busy holiday periods

  • Liaising with the maintenance team and local contractors to coordinate repairs and property works
  • Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
  • Processing guest feedback and following up where required
  • Managing reservations and customer records using agency booking software
  • Carrying out regular property visits and inspections
  • Supporting property owners and guests throughout the holiday experience
