We're recruiting for two Viewing Representatives to join a market-leading independent estate agency in Hucknall. The Role
- Conduct property viewings across the local area
- Deliver an exceptional experience for buyers, vendors, and applicants
- Register and qualify prospective buyers
- Match applicants with suitable properties based on their requirements
- Arrange and confirm property appointments
- Gather and communicate viewing feedback to vendors and colleagues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks when required
- Represent the business professionally at all times
Viewing Representative Requirements
- Previous estate agency experience preferred
- Background in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of the Nottingham area would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident, and personable approach
