Experienced in lettings and ready to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting for an ambitious Senior Lettings Manager to join a well-established property business in Crawley, leading and developing a successful lettings operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lettings professional who enjoys working in a target-driven environment, building strong relationships and developing a team, while having the autonomy to grow their own business and increase market share.
The Role
- Lead, motivate and develop a team through regular coaching and performance management
- Generate new business and identify opportunities to grow market share
- Conduct valuations and convert instructions into successful lets
- Advise landlords on rental values and current market conditions
- Manage the profitability and commercial performance of the lettings business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local contacts
- Ensure an excellent level of customer service throughout the lettings process
- Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business
Senior Lettings Manager Requirements
- Previous experience in a lettings management or senior lettings position
- A strong track record of generating and converting new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial and results-driven approach
- The ability to motivate, coach and develop others
- A positive, energetic and self-motivated attitude
- A genuine passion for property and delivering excellent customer service
- Full UK driving licence
