We're recruiting for an ambitious Sales Manager to join a well-established and successful estate agency in Southsea, Portsmouth. You’ll take full ownership of the branch, leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer service, develop your team, and maximise business growth.

The Role

  • Lead the day-to-day performance, profitability, and growth of the branch

  • Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
  • Provide expert pricing and marketing advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
