We are working with a well-established commercial property business with a strong presence across East Anglia. The business is expanding its in-house property team and is looking for a full-time Property Team Leader to help manage and shape its evolving portfolio, based in the East Anglia area.
The Property Team Leader will provide a senior leadership role within the existing team whilst also being responsible directly for the management of a diverse range of commercial properties. The team plays a crucial role within the wider Group, overseeing the commercial estate, delivering development projects and driving long-term value. Our clients manage all aspects of a diverse Commercial investment portfolio, and are engaged in development and refurbishment work as well as assisting in the management of the Group's operational properties.
With a substantial portfolio of commercial development land and an active development programme, this role offers exposure to complex projects, long-term involvement and clear opportunities for career progression within a stable, successful organisation.

Working Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday, In office, based in the Norwich area (travel to appointments when necessary)
What's on Offer:
- £70,000 - £75,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

The role of a Property Team Leader will include:
- Reporting to the Group Head of Property.
- Day-to-day management of the team
- Rent Reviews.
- Negotiating lease renewals.
- Coordinating with external letting agents.
- Tenant Liaison.
- Tenant Alienation Requests.
- Overseeing tenant proposals for alterations or works.
- Performing property inspections and dilapidations.
- Supporting credit control activities alongside the internal credit control team.
- Carrying out any additional duties assigned by the Group Head of Property to fulfil the responsibilities of the Property Division.
Property Team Leader requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Commercial Property.
- Lease Management experience.
- Negotiation skills.
- RICS qualification (MRICS).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Professionalism and a collaborative mindset.
- Positive can-do attitude.
