We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a successful estate agency, leading a branch team and driving sales, revenue and new instructions across the local market. This is a great opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional with strong knowledge of Stoke Newington and the surrounding areas, excellent local connections, and a proven ability to generate their own valuations and win instructions. The Role As a Branch Manager, you will: Lead, motivate and develop the branch team to achieve sales and revenue targets Drive new business through valuations, prospecting and winning new instructions Manage branch performance, monitoring KPIs, targets and conversion rates Oversee sales and negotiations, ensuring deals progress smoothly through to completion Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch Branch Manager requirements: Proven experience within the North London property market Strong knowledge of Stoke Newington and the surrounding areas Live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance Strong local connections and an established network within the area Proven track record of generating your own valuations and winning instructions Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Confident, commercially minded and target-driven What's on Offer? £30,000 basic salary, dependent on experience Great commission structure Regular incentives Regular in-house training and coaching Fantastic working environment Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm One weekday off when working Saturday #J-18808-Ljbffr
