The Role
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Coordinate and oversee property management matters
- Carry out regular property inspections
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors as required
- Address and resolve property management issues efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the tenancy
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch
Property Manager requirements:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager within Estate Agency
- Strong knowledge of residential property management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a successful team
- Proactive, reliable and motivated approach
