The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Register and qualify prospective tenants
- Match applicants with suitable properties and arrange viewings
- Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions
- Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords
- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
- Follow up enquiries and maximise opportunities
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch
Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator within Estate Agency
- Strong knowledge of the residential lettings process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and organised approach to your workload
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a successful team
- Motivated and driven to achieve results
- Passionate about developing a career within the property industry
