As part of their exciting growth, they’re now looking for two Conveyancing Executives to join their brand-new team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at the ground level of a growing function, working closely with leadership and playing a key role in converting new business.
The Role
- Handle inbound conveyancing enquiries
- Speak with clients and introduce services clearly and confidently
- Provide accurate conveyancing quotations
- Liaise with estate agents and property partners
- Convert enquiries into instructed business
- Deliver a high-quality client experience from first contact through to instruction
Conveyancing Executive requirements:
- Background in conveyancing, estate agency, or property sales
- Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of the conveyancing process
- High attention to detail
- Target-driven with a commercial mindset
- Experience in B2C or B2B sales
- Confident building relationships with clients and professional partners
