We have a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing property business where you'll play a key role in generating opportunities across Sales, Lettings and Financial Services as a Property Sales Consultant / New Business Property Negotiator. The Role

  • Proactively contact prospective buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants to generate new business opportunities and book appointments.
  • Qualify and follow up enquiries received through websites, property portals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Book valuations, viewings, and appointments across multiple property departments.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their property requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the wider business.
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
