We're recruiting for a Property Inspector Administrator to join a thriving and highly respected residential property business. As a Property Inspector Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the property inspections function, ensuring inspections, inventories, and tenancy processes are managed efficiently from start to finish. The Role

  • Book property inspections and check-outs
  • Manage Property Inspection Consultants' diaries
  • Rearrange and coordinate appointments where required
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to enquiries
  • Answer telephone calls and assist landlords and tenants
  • Process tenancy deposit releases
  • Support negotiation of end-of-tenancy deposits
  • Update property records and compliance information
  • Upload inventory data to internal systems
  • Manage third-party inventory platforms
  • Monitor inventory compliance across the portfolio
  • Liaise with branches, inspectors, and inventory clerks
  • Send completed inventories to landlords
  • Support the Team Leader with day-to-day administrative tasks

Property Inspector Administrator Requirements

  • Previous experience in residential lettings or property management
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Chelmsford
