We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and growing independent estate agency in the Thetford area.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will

  • Lead the day-to-day performance and operations of the sales branch
  • Drive residential sales performance and achieve branch targets
  • Win new instructions and increase market share
  • Carry out market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to maximise performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and the local community
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and industry best practice
  • Work closely with senior management to support the continued growth of the business
  • Branch Manager Requirements
  • Previous experience within residential estate agency
  • Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step up
  • Proven track record of winning new business and achieving targets
  • Strong valuation and instruction-winning ability
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach
  • Good knowledge of the local property market, or the ability to develop this quickly
  • Full UK driving licence
