The Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Conduct team morning meetings and set daily priorities
  • Support, coach, and develop the team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Set and monitor individual and team performance goals
  • Conduct occasional property valuations (this is a branch-focused role)
  • Drive overall branch performance and business growth
  • Maintain high standards of customer service across all interactions

Branch Manager Requirements
