The Role
- Manage property sales from agreed sale through to completion
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
- Proactively chase outstanding matters that may delay exchanges or completions
- Provide regular updates to all parties throughout the transaction process
- Build strong relationships to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Identify and resolve issues to keep transactions progressing effectively
Sales Progressor Requirements
- Previous experience in property sales progression, estate agency, or conveyancing
- Strong communication and telephone skills
