We're recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-respected independent estate agency in the Basingstoke area. The Role
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Match tenants with suitable rental properties
- Support landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process
- Provide clear advice and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with the team to deliver excellent service and meet targets
- Contribute to business growth through strong performance and customer care
Lettings Negotiator Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
- Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the property industry
- Full UK driving licence
- Desire to exceed targets and progress within the industry

- £23,000 basic salary
- £40,000 OTE with uncapped commission
