The Role

  • Support the Lettings Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy residential lettings branch.
  • Take responsibility for branch operations and team leadership in the manager’s absence.
  • Coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve both individual and branch targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
  • Contribute to business growth through proactive client engagement and market expertise.
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and attention to detail across all aspects of the lettings process.
  • Maintain professional standards and promote best practice throughout the team.

Assistant Lettings Manager Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' consistent experience within residential lettings.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working within a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others.
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
