Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in London. Within the Sales team, you’ll contribute to the growth across our multi-product suite (CFDs, crypto, yield products, white label solutions and more).

Responsibilities include:

1. Client Acquisition & Growth

  • Identify, develop and win new institutional and professional traders, corporates, as well as HNWI/large retail clients across IFAs, fund managers, wealth managers, and family offices.
  • Prepare compelling pitches to prospective clients, showcasing GCEX’s competitive advantages.
  • Represent GCEX at industry marketing events and conferences, building brand presence and pipeline.

2. Revenue & Market Share

  • Support and implement targeted sales strategies to accelerate market penetration
  • Drive revenue growth by converting high-value opportunities
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of GCEX’s full product suite and capabilities to position solutions effectively

3. Collaboration & Excellence

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders - including trading, operations, technology, marketing and product teams - to ensure clients receive first-class service at every stage
  • Actively manage our sales pipeline within the CRM
  • Supporting the Sales Team in the day-to-day management of administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and client experience

What You’ll Need For This Role

  • Proven experience in a crypto sales role
  • An ability to confidently articulate complex financial solutions
  • Understanding of derivative products is preferable, including currencies/FX, commodities, crypto assets or other OTC derivatives
  • A drive & ambition to grow GCEX’s market share through new opportunities & existing relationships
  • A strong client focus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work to stringent deadlines
  • Ability to partner with colleagues across functions and lead effectively across geographical boundaries
  • Proficiency in another language is preferred
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as a Sales Manager, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

GC Exchange is seeking an experienced compliance professional with extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and digital assets to join our team as a Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). The Compliance Officer/MLRO is responsible for managing the compliance department's daily operations and maintaining the company's compliance and AML/CTF program in Dubai, while collaborating closely with our Compliance team in the UK and in Europe. This position reports directly to the Managing Director in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company's compliance framework, policies, and procedures are effectively upheld in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyse changes in regulations across key jurisdictions, advising the business on associated compliance risks and potential opportunities.
  • Engage with local regulatory authorities, ensuring the highest reporting standards are maintained and filings and responses to inquiries are submitted promptly,
  • Perform regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify any potential deficiencies and propose necessary corrective measures.
  • Educate and train employees on compliance standards, ensuring they adhere and are well-informed about internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and address any compliance violations or issues, ensuring timely reporting to regulatory bodies and senior management while collaborating with legal and managerial teams to resolve problems effectively.
  • Undertaking client onboarding/KYC
  • Supervise investigations of internal reports of known or suspected money laundering and/or terrorist financing activities and ensure appropriate STRs/SAR reports are submitted to appropriate authorities per their specifications and requirements.
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary from time to time to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements throughout the region in alignment with the company’s global standards.
