Job Purpose
Develop and manage a profitable and sustainable client portfolio by fostering strong, meaningful relationships with both our clients and our business development team, placing exceptional client service at the forefront. Take full accountability for delivering comprehensive support and ensuring an outstanding client experience. Consistently exceed monthly billing targets, leveraging market knowledge and sales expertise to retain, develop, and profitably grow our client base. Articulate the unique value of GC Partners' services, providing clients and affiliates with market insights and foreign exchange expertise to support their financial goals.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of expertise and professionalism in managing their foreign exchange and payment needs providing bespoke solutions that align with their goals and circumstances.
- Approach client engagement with enthusiasm, demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Inspire trust and confidence through a positive attitude and dedication.
- Work in tandem with the Business Development team to ensure quality of referrals and consistent conversions.
- Guide clients through the process of transferring money, ensuring a smooth, informed, and client-first experience at every stage.
- Provide advanced support to clients offering detailed market insights and global economic news, proactively identifying opportunities to expand the client portfolio and enhance service delivery.
- Create deals on trading platforms, troubleshoot payment inquiries, and ensure accurate transaction execution.
- Oversee client onboarding for individuals and corporates ensuring correct categorisation and adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct detailed ongoing monitoring for clients, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with AML and KYC regulations.
- Act as a role model for excellent client service, prioritising client objectives and ensuring that service delivery aligns with Consumer Duty obligations.
- Provide leadership within the Account Manager team, sharing expertise, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to a high-performance culture.
- Regularly review and refine workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Escalate complex client issues appropriately and provide timely updates to senior management.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication across multiple channels, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and maintaining professional standards.
- Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned by the Account Director.
Qualification & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in foreign exchange sales or financial services with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in KYC onboarding and AML procedures.
- Proficiency in office-based IT systems, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and language proficiency.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
- Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
