We are currently seeking *dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistants* to support our service users in their own homes.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Implement and follow personalised care plans to meet the specific needs of each client.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment in both care home settings and clients\’ homes.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining records and reporting is advantageous.
* A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle is desirable
* Experience in home care or working within a care home setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
