I have an immediate requirement for a 2nd Line Support/System Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small IT team for a nationally recognised company based in Central Manchester. You will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading a range of technologies. This will include maintaining services and responding to support requests, as well as the development of new systems and services.
The role:
- Administer the companies support systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT support issues working to set SLA’s
- Undertake project work
- Work with suppliers and key stakeholders to deliver company IT initiatives
Who we need:
- Someone with a University degree and/or IT qualification (Microsoft Fundamentals/Associate or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT service desk or similar environment
- Ability to support end user hardware and software
- MS Server, networking and system admin experience
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Windows 10
- Driving Licence
