A leading UK financial services organisation is looking to appoint three experienced Programme Managers to support a growing strategic change portfolio. These are high-profile opportunities to lead complex, business-critical transformation programmes across a fast-paced and evolving environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide change initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions. This is an ideal opportunity for a delivery-focused leader who enjoys operating in complex environments, managing multiple workstreams, and driving meaningful organisational change.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale strategic programmes
- Managing complex, multi-stream change initiatives with significant business impact
- Building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams
- Driving governance, planning, budgeting, RAID management and delivery reporting
- Managing dependencies across wider portfolios and transformation activity
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Supporting continuous improvement within the Change & Transformation function
- Mentoring and leading Project Managers and wider delivery resources
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Programme Management experience within Financial Services or regulated environments
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes
- Experience leading matrix-managed teams across business and technology
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving change environments
- Excellent governance, budgeting and risk management capability
- Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or APM are advantageous
