A leading UK financial services organisation is looking to appoint three experienced Programme Managers to support a growing strategic change portfolio. These are high-profile opportunities to lead complex, business-critical transformation programmes across a fast-paced and evolving environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide change initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions. This is an ideal opportunity for a delivery-focused leader who enjoys operating in complex environments, managing multiple workstreams, and driving meaningful organisational change.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale strategic programmes
  • Managing complex, multi-stream change initiatives with significant business impact
  • Building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams
  • Driving governance, planning, budgeting, RAID management and delivery reporting
  • Managing dependencies across wider portfolios and transformation activity
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Supporting continuous improvement within the Change & Transformation function
  • Mentoring and leading Project Managers and wider delivery resources

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Programme Management experience within Financial Services or regulated environments
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes
  • Experience leading matrix-managed teams across business and technology
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving change environments
  • Excellent governance, budgeting and risk management capability
  • Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or APM are advantageous

You’ll join a well-established Change & Transformation function of c.40 professionals, working alongside Portfolio Delivery leaders, Business Analysts and Transformation specialists. The portfolio is expanding significantly, creating excellent long-term opportunity and visibility.
