Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Managing Director and other senior directors, responsible for producing SHE standards, strategy and delivery.
- Recruit and develop the SHE team.
- Develop utilities sectors and SHE business plans.
- Establish procedures to meet business Safety Health and Environment (SHE) plan projections.
- Manage the corporate SHE improvement programme.
- Develop, mentor and lead SHE teams on projects throughout the UK.
- Introduce monthly SHE dashboards for the business and all projects.
- Provide HSE strategies to support winning tenders on large projects.
- Maintain core corporate SHEQ and additional certification across all the sectors.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven HSE background.
