We are supporting a well-established and growing financial services organisation on their search for an experienced Product Owner to help shape the future of their digital adviser platform as part of a major transformation programme. This role sits at the heart of product strategy and delivery, owning a key product domain within an adviser toolkit, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of advisers and end clients while remaining competitive in a fast-moving market.

Salary: Between £45,000 - £60,000 DOE

Location: Hybrid 3 days per week in Swindon

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and evolving a key domain within a digital adviser platform
  • Working closely with cross-functional delivery teams to develop new features and capabilities
  • Acting as the voice of the user (advisers and clients) throughout the product lifecycle
  • Ensuring excellent UX/UI outcomes and user journeys
  • Developing and managing product roadmaps aligned to business strategy
  • Analysing product performance and user feedback to drive improvements
  • Managing and building relationships with technology vendors and partners
  • Supporting integration and enhancement of platform capabilities

What we're looking for:

  • Proven Product Owner experience in financial services or technology
  • Strong understanding of wealth management, mortgage or protection advice processes
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum environments and product tools such as JIRA or DevOps
  • Background working with CRM, data orchestration or financial services systems
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations and vendor platforms
  • Ability to make data-driven product decisions
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for improving adviser and client experiences
  • Familiarity with FCA regulatory frameworks is beneficial
