2nd Line Support/System Administrator - Manchester City Centre
I have an immediate requirement for a 2nd Line Support/System Administrator.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small IT team for a nationally recognised company based in Central Manchester.
You will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading a range of technologies. This will include maintaining services and responding to support requests, as well as the development of new systems and services.
The role
As a Systems Administrator you will be expected to:
- Administer the company’s support systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT support issues working to set SLA’s
- Work with suppliers and key stakeholders to deliver company IT initiatives
Who we need:
- Someone with a University degree and/or IT qualification (Microsoft Fundamentals/Associate or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT service desk or similar environment
- Ability to support end user hardware and software
- MS Server, networking and system admin experience
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Windows 10
- Driving Licence
You will be working hand in hand with the IT Director so there are fantastic opportunities to develop your skills whilst having the autonomy to grow in the role.
