We’re working with a well-established organisation that’s continuing to invest in its technology platforms and is now looking to hire a Full Stack Developer to join their growing development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern, business-critical applications, contributing across the full technology stack while collaborating closely with senior developers and wider IT stakeholders.

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions across a large-scale platform. You’ll work across front-end, back-end, and database layers, helping deliver secure, scalable, and performant systems that support both internal users and customers. You’ll be involved throughout the development lifecycle — from sprint planning and estimation through to delivery, support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL Server
  • Deliver new features and enhancements across web, API, and database layers
  • Develop and optimise SQL Server databases, including stored procedures and functions
  • Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git-based source control
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations
  • Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for live applications
  • Contribute to system modernisation and legacy platform support
  • Produce clear technical documentation where required

Skills & Experience

  • Commercial experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core and SQL Server
  • Full stack development experience across front-end, back-end, and databases
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and secure coding practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments
  • Any experience with Blazor would be ideal.
  • Experience supporting or modernising legacy technologies (e.g. Classic ASP, VB.NET)
  • Exposure to SSIS, data warehousing, or reporting platforms
  • Experience with Azure-hosted applications and cloud services
  • Background supporting live, business-critical systems
