Customer Experience Lead , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with a suite of digital products, ensuring every touchpoint is intuitive, consistent and delivers real value.

- What you'll be doing
- Defining and embedding a customer-first UX/CX strategy across multiple digital products.
- Mapping and improving end-to-end customer journeys.
- Identifying friction points and driving measurable improvements in user experience.
- Leading customer research, usability testing and insight gathering.
- Working closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure customer experience is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
- Using customer feedback, analytics and data to influence product decisions.
- Championing a customer-centric culture across the wider business.
- We're looking for someone with
- Experience in Customer Experience, UX, Service Design or Product Experience.
- Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping and user research.
- Experience using data and customer insight to improve digital products.
- The ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
