Are you a clinically experienced healthcare professional with a passion for training, relationship building, and improving patient care? If so, this could be an exciting opportunity to join GBUK Group as an IV Product Specialist within our growing GBUK Vascular division.

About the Role:

This is a field-based clinical support role where you will work in partnership with our Area Business Managers to help deliver sales growth through education, training, and exceptional customer support. You will provide expert training and clinical guidance to healthcare professionals across hospital accounts, ensuring customers feel competent and confident using our vascular access product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on IV training sessions
  • Support product trials, evaluations, rollouts, and troubleshooting
  • Train clinicians of all grades across varying shift patterns
  • Deliver monthly venepuncture and cannulation training sessions
  • Build strong relationships with IV specialists, education teams, and key stakeholders
  • Identify customer needs and provide feedback to support commercial growth
  • Maintain accurate records including CRM updates, training logs, and monthly reports
  • Stay current with clinical best practice, market developments, and competitor activity
  • Support wider product training initiatives across the business when required

About You:

We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical credibility with excellent communication and training skills.

Essential:

  • Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council Pin
  • Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of ANTT and IV cannulation protocols, infection prevention and control
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to engage audiences of all sizes and clinical levels

Desirable:

  • Previous healthcare training experience
  • Formal training qualification
  • IV Train the Trainer certification
  • Broad or varied clinical background
