Product Manager, Enteral Feeding
England- remote role, field based

At GBUK, we're looking for a Product Manager, who comes from a clinical background, to take ownership of our growing Enteral portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping product strategy, supporting new product launches and working alongside Sales, Clinical, Marketing and R&D teams to bring innovative solutions to healthcare professionals across the UK.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and develop the Enteral feeding product portfolio throughout its lifecycle
- Act as the product expert, supporting customers and colleagues with technical and clinical knowledge
- Deliver engaging product training to clinicians
- Ensuring successful product launches
- Work closely with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to help shape future product strategy
- Support and influence the crucial tender process, as well as product development and leading continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
We're looking for someone who has:
- A background in healthcare or clinical training in medical devices
- Experience in Product Management, Clinical Support, Clinical Education, or as a Clinical Lead or Clinical Advisor
- Strong knowledge and skills in venipuncture, cannulation and/or blood collection
- A clinical qualification (Registered Nurse, Dietitian or similar) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes
- The ability to influence, collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
