We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Area Business Manager – Enteral Specialist to join our growing commercial team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for selling the GBUK Enteral Product Range, including Chyme Reinfusion, Bowel Management, Women’s Health and Maternity products, into healthcare settings – predominantly within the NHS.
Training, education, and after-sales support are central to our success, so this role combines new business development with effective account management.
- Analyse the local marketplace and develop robust territory and account strategies
- Lead the full sales cycle from product introduction and trials through to closing and contract negotiation
- Identify and develop new accounts while expanding existing accounts into new product lines
- Build long-term, value-based relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and opinion leaders
- Accurately record activity, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM and sales systems
- Prepare sales forecasts by account, product, and therapy area
- Provide timely, high-quality reports and updates to the National Sales Manager
Minimum of 2 years’ successful sales experience, with a consistent track record of high performance.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Confident with IT systems and CRM tools.
Full UK driving licence.
Previous medical device or healthcare sales experience.
A strong commercial mindset with a passion for winning and growing accounts.
