The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential territory, selling a market-leading portfolio of patient temperature management solutions. Our range includes warming blankets and suits, neonatal and paediatric warming systems, the Astopad™ product range, wearable solutions, and capital equipment such as the Blanketrol™ Hyper-Hypothermia System. You will work predominantly within the NHS, building strong, value-driven relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers. - Deliver against sales targets while maintaining GBUK’s reputation for quality and partnership
- Understand clinical pathways and decision-making processes within the NHS
- Create and execute clear account plans and territory strategies
- Identify, track, and capitalise on tender opportunities
- Drive growth within existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Deliver product training and support to healthcare professionals
- Lead the full sales process—from product introduction and evaluation through to negotiation and close
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting
About You:
- We are looking for a motivated, commercially driven individual who thrives in a relationship-led sales environment.
- Proven track record in sales (ideally within medical devices or NHS/healthcare)
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement, and decision-making processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a large territory independently
- Passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory
- Must be based within the region (e.g. Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Merseyside, Birmingham, Lincolnshire)
