Durham City Aquatics and Durham University Swimming Club are looking for a dynamic technical lead performance coach to join the team and drive the performance programme forwards.

If you’re passionate about developing athletes, shaping a high performance environment, and being part of an ambitious club, this role is for you.

Rate of pay is £22-£25 per hour, with 24 total hours weekly split across early mornings, evenings, and weekends to match the swimming programme.
