Job Description
Come and take a look if you can:
- Own and manage internal Dev, Test environments, and set up initial client environments for handover to SREs
- Deploy applications within Kubernetes clusters using a GitOps toolkit for automated deployments
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated build and test systems
- Design, build, and troubleshoot applications in Kubernetes environments
- Handle application containerization, deployment, API integration, and logging
- Ensure observability and ongoing maintenance of deployed applications
Desired Skills and Experience
You’ll be a success in this role if you can bring:
- ITIL Foundation Certification and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP) credentials
- Terraform Associate certification, along with hands-on experience in a DevOps environment
- Proficiency in Git source code management, particularly with BitBucket
- Experience working with automation servers, such as BitBucket CI
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently to solve complex problems
- A passion for mentoring junior staff and helping them grow in their careers
- AWS DevOps Engineer Certification and experience in delivering DevSecOps practice
- The ability to drive DevOps capability by increasing the frequency of change and improving processes
