The Role:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, The Business Development Officer will support the GBS Business Development Team. They will develop and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders as well as identify new partnerships with student recruitment agencies.

What The Role Involves:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Identifying and creating partnership with new potential student recruitment agencies or partners.
- Supporting the programme management team members to maximise the enrolment.
- Actively involved in assisting the team for achieving the student recruitment target for each intake.
- Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Attending business meetings and providing training to new recruiting partners regularly.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to get actively involved in internal events for brand marketing.
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience working as a Business Development Officer or in a similar role within the educational sector.
- Good sales, negotiation and persuasive skills and an excellent people person.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to travel as needed in the role.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills at all levels and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Good business acumen.
- Accuracy and detail-oriented.
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible as required.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
