The Role

The Graphic Designer will develop and execute visually compelling designs across digital and print media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and high-quality output. You will work on a range of projects from concept to final execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. What The Role Involves

  • Create engaging designs for digital assets, social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Interpret design briefs and independently manage projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align designs with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions, bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all projects and deliverables.
  • Provide feedback and occasional mentorship to junior designers, fostering skill development.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain cutting edge creativity.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Substantial and demonstrable graphic design experience in a creative or marketing environment (in house or agency).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with web/UI tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design skills across digital and print media.
