About the Role:
Be the Friendly Face of Our Greenford Campus! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused barista to join our front-of-house team at our Greenford Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves coffee, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting all customers warmly and offering helpful support.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages following standard café recipes.
- Use strong product knowledge to make recommendations and answer customer queries.
- Deliver fast, efficient service while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain clean, organised counters and food displays to café standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Process card payments accurately using POS systems.
About you:
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Attention to detail in all tasks.
