The Role: The Graphic Designer will develop and execute visually compelling designs across digital and print media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and high-quality output. You will work on a range of projects from concept to final execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. What the role involves:
- Create engaging designs for digital assets, social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, and print collateral.
- Interpret design briefs and independently manage projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align designs with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions, bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table.
- Ensure visual consistency across all projects and deliverables.
- Provide feedback and occasional mentorship to junior designers, fostering skill development.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain cutting edge creativity.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Substantial and demonstrable graphic design experience in a creative or marketing environment (in house or agency).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with web/UI tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design skills across digital and print media.
