What We Do: Be the Friendly Face of Our Greenford Campus! We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our front-of-house team at our Greenford Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves coffee, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

As a key member of the team, you will create high-quality drinks, provide a warm and welcoming experience for staff, students, and visitors, and help maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Whether it’s a busy morning rush or a quieter afternoon, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring energy and positivity to every shift. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

WORKING PATTERN: Full time, 40 Hours Per Week. Must be willing to work weekends and evenings. The rota is provided two weeks in advance.

About the Role:

  • Greet all customers warmly and provide assistance with a genuine willingness to help.
  • Prepare beverages according to established recipes.
  • Ensure smooth and timely service for all customers, maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
  • Serve customers with a thorough knowledge of the products available.
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of counters and products.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
  • Receive and process payments accurately.
  • Serve beverages and prepared food to customers efficiently.
  • Keep all areas of the cafeteria organised and well-maintained.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

About you:

  • Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.
