Our Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with their service needs, explaining repair processes, and ensuring a smooth service experience from check-in to completion. They communicate between customers and technicians while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and assess their service or repair needs
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and document issues accurately
