GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading construction company based in commutable distance of Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire & South Yorkshire, recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on varying built environmentprojects worth from £100K's to multiple £M's.
/n
You will be a contracts management professional who is used to delivering build projects OTIF to a set budget & to a high level of quality finish.
/n
You will ideally have main contractor & sub-contractor contract management experience, plus you will have led various types of projects, across industrial builds, commercial builds, housing, maintenance & refurbs etc. (several types)
/n
You must be used to successfully project managing multiple projects at one time.
/n
Duties:
/n
/n
- Putting together contract build programmes, procurement of subcontractor labour / services and putting together material schedules
/n
- Issuing of project / contracts progress reports to the wider SMT / trades
/n
- Working hand in hand with the wider project team including; Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers and Health & Safety Manager
/n
- Delivering build projects OTIF, to budget & to the quality required
/n
- Ensuring that all health & safety regulations are maintained at all times
/n
- Leading meetings with customers & internal departments
/n
- Management of I.S.O quality assurance procedures for contracts
/n
- Playing a key role in value engineering and construction methods to ensure that profit margins are achieved / exceeded on all projects
/n

Attributes:

- Have a SMSTS and CSCS card (ideally)
/n
- A track record of successfully delivering diverse construction projects.
/n
- A strong business relationship builder with customers and suppliers
/n
- Excellent communicator at all levels (inc. board level)
/n
- Industrial, Commercial, Housing build experience
/n
/n
